Dale I. Wells is the building inspector for the City of Leawood. He has worked in the inspection of building construction for the past 20 years, 11 years at the City of Hanford, California, 3 years at the City of Winslow, Arizona, and 6 years at the City of Fairway, Kansas.
Prior to employment as a Building Inspector, Dale worked 15 years in the construction trade starting as a Sheet Metal Worker apprentice to become a Journeyman Commercial/Residential HVAC installer. Several of the years in the construction trade were as co-owner of an Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing company.
