Work History and Background
Tom joined J.E. Dunn in 1994 as associate counsel. He was promoted to staff counsel in 1996, assistant vice president in 1998, and vice president in 2000. Prior to joining J.E. Dunn he worked as an assistant superintendent and field engineer for a Kansas based construction company and as an associate attorney for a local firm.
Tom is married and has two children.
