ROOFING CONTRACTOR
Class D Roofing. A “Class D-R License” shall entitle the holder thereof to install, maintain, repair, replace, and remove the roof assembly of any structure, including the roof deck, vapor retarder, substrate, thermal barrier, insulation, and roof coverings of all types. The annual Class D-R License fee shall be $200.00.
NOTE: NO HOLDERS OF A CLASS "A" THROUGH CLASS "C" LICENSE SHALL BE ALLOWED TO PERFORM MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL OR PLUMBING SERVICES WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING THE APPROPRIATE CLASS LICENSE.

Photo ID Required - Photo ID cards will be furnished for all qualified individuals. Contractor Licensing will take a photo of each qualified individual. Or a digital photo (preferably in .jpg format) may be submitted via e-mail to contractor.licensing@jocogov.org
Valid Drivers License or Photo I.D. of Qualified Individual (Government Issued)
